I had new turf installed in 2012 - entire front area Last year the hot spell pretty much destroyed this area. I hope you can treat it accordingly since I cant afford to replace it. Also since I am elderly I have grass cutting---always on Thursday so your service (same as last year) should be provided around that day. Your pre- payment arrangement was a good idea. PLEASE-please don't call for additional care for my trees and bushes more

I have had Trugreen treating my trees and shrubs for many years now. In the limited experiences I have had with any of the representatives from the company I cannot complain one bit. They are courteous and a pleasure to talk with. Many years ago, I started with Trugreen treating my lawn, which I have always cared for myself, but didn't care for the results or how the representative applied the treatments. I have since continued caring for my lawn myself but have them treat my trees and shrubs. I will continue to use them! more

I contacted Trugreen to improve my lawn's overall health (greener, healthier) and reduceweeds. I am not very impressed. The technician races thru my lawn (15k sq ft) in about 5 minutes leaving no time for proper analysis. I have had to make several unscheduled service calls for weedcontrol that was missed. The lawn is no greener then when i was using over the counter products. The lawn does grow very quickly (but that just means more cutting). They are constantly trying ot upsell for a variety of services. Pros: Have called before arriving as requested Cons: Fast, clumsy service more

Horrible Service! 10/2/2006

I certainly would not recommend TruGreen. They do not live up to their contract and I saw little to no improvement in my lawn. With the many services available, I would suggest looking elsewhere. more
