Saved the day! 2/24/2014

On a Wednesday, 4:30 pm, car quit in heavy traffic on Lone Oak Rd, wrecker responded, next day water pump and fan motor replaced. Prompt and fair, drove home that day. more

04 Durmax water pump change 12/11/2013

Price was as good as I could find, Work was done in timley manner. Truck seems to be doing real good no leaks seems to heat up like supposed to do, Like the workman ship that troys people do. more

Exceeds Expectations Once Again 10/20/2013

Routine oil change and check on a "loud noise". I drive a lot and rely on these guys to keep me on the road. They quickly located my trouble and probably prevented a major headache. Fair price and good service and better still....Peace of Mind. I know if these folks fix my car I'm good to go! more

As usual, I was very pleased with the recent work done on my 1994 Buick at Troy's Auto Service. It seems that I attract weird problems as well as common car problems, but Troy's works with me to solve the problems. Among the many things I appreciate most at Troy's is that they do not bait people to do work that is unnecessary. Even when work is needed, they do not hype it as being more urgent than it really is. And they work with a customer to keep the repair cost from getting out of hand. I have told many acquaintances and friends that Troy's is in my opinion the most desirable garage in Paducah. more
