Feel used 8/15/2015

After this last experience, where work was done that I hadn't authorized, I remembered that the same thing happened to my wife years ago. On top of that, in the past when I mentioned to friends I had service done at Triangle, two said they had unauthorized work done. I've been a long-time customer, but you're not the only repair shop in town. I'll probably go elsewhere, not sure. more

I always get good service and a thorough explanation of the work being done at Triangle. Their prices typically beat the dealer's significantly - that's how they first got my business 15 years ago. more

If you have a car with 100,000 miles you get some free oil changes. In addition, they are always very courteous and ready to help more

Everyone is very friendly and they take the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They honest with the qoutes for repairs. They saved me money on what was a Honda that Honda didn't really make public. I got that fixed via Honda and after that I returned my Pilot to have them complete a timing belt service. more

Honesty 8/1/2015

While discussing experiences with other local repair shops, a co-worker recommended Triangle Motors. That was 20 years ago! You get the services your car needs, not anything extra to fatten shops pockets and drain yours. My 2 previous Hondas had combined mileage of 500k. I know current Honda will also last at least 10 years & 200k+ mileage, thanks to the honest and knowledgeable staff at Triangle Motors. more

1999 Honda Accord service 7/29/2015

We have over 172k miles on our honda accord. After calling multiple auto service shops, Triangle was the most informative and realistic in their estimate to replace the timing belt. Diane is a delight and kept me informed on the progress of the repair. Also rented a Honda for $15 which was well worth it since I needed to get to work in the morning. Service was completed as described and was a little less than the quoted price. Both my husband and I will go back for service. more

Excited about my car again! 7/20/2015

Any time I used to have to take my car in for service I would cringe a little. I couldn't trust any mechanic, and it was always such a to-do usually causing me to need to rent a car from a big car rental company. That was before Triangle! Never will I EVER go to another place where I feel unsure. I trust Triangle Motors and it's wonderful staff (everyone from sales to service) and know that I can be excited about bringing my car in for service. I drive over 45 minutes just to take my car to them...and I will continue to go to them for life. more
