Brought my Ford in for insurance work. When I got it home I noticed a slight halo around each repaired area. Car was still dusty with wax and not washed. Wasn't able to get back to Tri Valley for several months to resolve issue.\r

Even though they gave me the stink eye and were somewhat skeptical of my situation, they took the car in the morning and were finished in the afternoon.\r
Halos were completely buffed out and the entire car was washed and waxed.\r
The owner, grandfather of family run business, walked me out to the car and gave me some tips on how and when to wax it and to take extra care because it's Ford paint.\r

In a time where customer service is almost non existent, this was a welcomed change. I will give them my business in the future.
