Don't Rent 9/24/2011

Yes they are beautiful, great floor plans...however you will find yourself facing these moments: Worried when you are off to work whether or not you will find your window broken No privacy from your backyard, everyone walks through your property, no warning. Don't forget they wheel you in with their special price rentals, and once your lease is up your better come up with $100.00 dollars. Instead of them lowering there rent and keeping their tenants...they run them off...spoke to about half of them...they are just waiting for their lease to be up and move out right away! That is what I did... more

DONT GET FOOLED-HIGHWAY ROBBERY 7/9/2011

We began living here only when there was about 2 other tenants.\r \r They decided to remove the security officer in the premises and refuse to enforce their weak points.\r \r Once you move in you are on your own, all they care about is filling in the space to make their montly mortgage payment. Very nice townhouse, but get ready to be robbed shortly after. We are moving out. This information is public record with the Broward Police Office. more
