Have always enjoyed visiting Travelers as they have beautiful plants and shrubs that are well taken care of and the service has always been pleasant. They have a variety of plants for sun and shade and are reasonably priced. Spring is here and know I will have an enjoyable time visiting and purchasing for my garden. more

Awesome place 8/24/2010

I LOVE THIS PLACE! All the employees are very friendly and super helpful! The whole place is very clean and well kept there animals are gorgeous and very happy! They helped me set up my aquarium and made sure I had all the information I needed to keep up with my fish and their home. I would defiantly recommend this place to anyone! Also there out side area is beautiful im not much into yard work and plants but they look very good! more

Not my first choice.... 5/29/2009

I have been there any times before and am dumbfounded on how this store has stayed in business! Not only are they over priced and rude, but their animal setups are not correct. You cannot store a 4 foot snake in a 15 gallon aquarium comfortably! I only go there when completely necessary. I previously bought a mouse from there and it had mites and died of a tumor, that has never happened before anywhere else and I have owned about 10 mice in my lifetime. more

Highly recommend for your gardening/pet needs! 7/15/2008

As a repeat customer I highly recommend you to Travelers. They have always been very helpful with any of my questions and gardening/pet needs. They carry only quality and unlike the previous posts I will comment that their animals are well cared for. The pet shop is clean, the animals are healthy and the owners are very experienced in their field. more

Travel Past Here. 6/7/2005

Rude, un-informed, and sarcastic is how I would describe the employees and even the owner of this establishment. They do not house their fish, birds, or reptiles correctly. They are very over priced and push un-necessary product to the consumer. I have to agree with others that they do have a nice garden center but that does not make up for their lack of customer service or quality pet care. I am suprised that they are allowed to keep animals in such conditions and feed them one such poor diets. more

Little Shop of Horrors 5/24/2005

If you are looking to buy quality pets and supplies I would suggest looking somewhere else. As a pet advocate and once upon store owner I frown upon this stores technique and setup. Aquariums are not properly set up for inhabitants in the reptile division. Though the Salt Water Tanks look very inticing there is a lack of needed elements in almost every tank. Their prices far exceed some other competition in the area they seem to only promote the highest price merchandise. Even though those products are not always the best for thier customers needs. If you read any of my reviews you will find I am big on politeness from the staff. That's another thing you won't find here. I can say thier garden center does offer wonderful selections at fair prices. PROS: Garden center has good pricing and great selection CONS: Animals, fish, birds, and supplies are lacking in everything. more
