Don't Count On Them 12/30/2010

Horrible customer service! I explained that I was leaving on a trip in three days and needed a pair of snow boots which they had in the off site warehouse. The employee stated they would send them over and I could pick them up. I explained that I was working a twenty hour shift and the following day(day before my trip) I could pick them up. Once a family member arrived to pick them up they stated they sold the item to another customer. The manager did state she would give me huge discount of 20 % off which doesn't help me with no boots for my ski trip. I explained to the first person while ordering the boots that I needed them and was leaving in three days multiple times. more

These people know what they are doing. They give great advice on purchases. They want you to have the right product. Prices are competitive. Anything I have purchased has been right. more

I've been shopping at TravelCountry for years. Never had a customer service problem, just the opposite. Pros: Easy to use, great service Cons: selection not as large as some other outdoor sites more

Worst online/ordering service ever 5/16/2008

I have never had so much difficulty placing an order online in my life.\r Nothing jived, internet/phone/e-mail, stock.\r \r The service was terrible, the combination between e-mailing and phoneing were never in synk, and I never did get my stuff, (nearly 3 weeks from the time the ordeal started to the time I recieved notice that it failed.\r \r USELESS more

Terrible customer service, NOT recommended 2/5/2008

I love this store! 8/18/2005

This store has a great selection of everything. They have great luggage - EAGLE CREEK, great rock climbing equipment, and great sales. The staff is more than helpful. They are so knowledgeable. They make it easy to go shopping for things you might not know too much about and they don't always try to sell you the most expensive thing to you. more

great place for kayaks and outdoor stuff 7/31/2005

This store is quite large and carries a very wide selection of kayaks and other outdoor equipment. They are average priced, but kayaks in general are expensive. The prices on lifejackets, oars ad other things are failry reasonably priced. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. The location is great and they have ample parking which is always a good thing. more
