World class hair salon--World class stylist, Ann S. I have been seeing Ann to manage my unruly hair for over 10 years. Her experience,skills, and patience with my somewhat limited verbal skills is enormously appreciated and I recommend Ann and Transitions Hair Salon to any man or woman that wants an over-the-top hair experience coupled with great people in the greatest of atmospheres. more

I look HORRIBLE!!!!! 5/8/2010

Eye brows!! The worst experience ever for me. I was trying to get in the door and some little old lady was trying to get in the could barely walk. They all just sat around and watched as I helped her in. I was then taken to the back room and told to lay down. Everything was fine until the lady's daughter whom I guess worked there came in and started discussing plans they had for the evening. She interupted our conversation and did not even appologize. Then the daughter stayed using the tweezers on herself! The mom was complaining that she was in her light! Well when I finally saw my eyebrows I was horrified. There was a big chunk missing on one side. One was longer then the other and one was not finished and there was a ton of hair under one. Plus they were as thin as a piece of string! That is not in style anymore!!! Anyway I went to get a pedicure at a new place and they did what they could to fix them. Do Not Go There! more

Pinole Show Stopper 2/5/2009

You can expect great service and hair care at Transitions ! I have been going there for over 10 years, along with all four of my kids. While walk-ins are welcomed this salon is usually booked full- but if they can this salon does it's best to fit you in on short notice.I have my hair cut by Ann, who does a marvelous job of coloring and styling my hair. Liz has also done my hair in the past. In fact Liz is quite well known for the amazing hair styles she does for weddings,proms and special occasions. I particularly like the way Ann does my 18 year old daughters long hair-always a great cut and trend setting styles for her.While sitting there getting my hair done I have watched all the hairstylists in action...and I have to say I am impressed by their talent, eye for detail, and great customer service. If by some chance a person is not acknowledged when they first come in, that's because these stylists are totally absorbed by the job they are doing for their individual clients...when the more

Bangs - OK 10/26/2008

I had my hair cut here for my bangs and they did an okay job on it. Nice place very clean and good service..well until i went the second time around and i waited for 15 mins and no one helped me so i left. but i do recommend going here.. more
