Transcomm Inc school transportation company is the worst bus & van transportation company in MA. The school vans & cars are all older cars and vans that a not properly maintained. The drivers are always late because of vehicle break downs. Children are always late getting pick up and dropped off at school and home. The drivers are very unfriendly poorly trained with no map reading skills. The cars and vans are packed at time with more than the legal limit of children. The drivers don't obey basic driving rules the often are seen speeding and not using there school bus signs. The managers and dispatchers that work at Transcomm are very rude and over book the drivers so the drivers have to race against the clock to pick up all the children or clients. These vehicles are poorly maintained always breaking down, lack of air conditioning in the hot summer months. Do not allow your special needs child to be driven by this company. This company puts money ahead of your child.
