I wanted to write you a note to let you know what a positive
experience I had when I came in several weeks ago to car shop. Buying a car is a fairly big financial responsibility, and I can't express how much I appreciate not being pressured into a sale.
The individual who assisted me was Matt Bruun. He met with me, helped me pick out the car I loved, and even let me walk off the lot without a commitment. I came back a short time later with my mother in tow (I firmly believe in a good second opinion), and not only did he remember me, but he even brought my car out and helped me essentially "sell" the idea to my mother.
Once I had picked out my car, the loan department took our funding and was able to finance at a lower rate than our pre-approved loan. Then when I was on the fence about a keyless start, Matt assured us it wasn't dofficult to get it added to our loan. The entire process felt easy and smooth. I can't detail enough how comfortable I felt while in Toyota's care, and how confident I feel owning a Toyota -all currentpublicity aside.
