I had to keep going back to get my purse on more than one occasion when they promised to have it done. Work was not that great and her attitude is terrible

I like the fact that there is a young guy who helps me with my heels and other stuff. I can't stand the horrible quality of shoes made these days. He offers same day service and is still really affordable. Shoes are the center of my shopping world... more

I have been a long time customer of this shop, over 12 years, which in my time is pretty significant. Although there are other perfectly good Shoe Repair shops through out the city, this is the one I will always come back to. Thanks to them my shoes will go out of style before they ever wear out. And they also nice and does some stuff while you wait... more

I like this place. I'm surprised by 2/15/2012

I like this place. I'm surprised by such negative reviews. The place can get really busy at times and i've seen VERY rude customer attitude not customer service. I've always been nice to them and they've always been nice to me. Keep it up guys! And also I Had a pair of boot laces re-inforced stitching done and it was just really nice.. more

I like this store. It is a Mom and Pop shop, so don't expect to get things exactly when they say. It's just like a mechanic. It isn't always ready when they say, but they provide a great service. The more shoes that are kept out of the landfill the better. more

job well done 10/17/2011

I was very happy with this business. my girlfriend had a zipper problem on her expensive purse and they knew just what to do, fixed it great , and exactly when they said it would be done. Also my coworkers had gone to this shop for repairs and were happy with the quality of work. That's what brought me there in the first place. more

TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WORK AND LONG WAIT 9/7/2010

Not so hot 4/1/2009

I took a pursue in to have the handle fixed. The shop is dirty, the work was shoddy and if you are expecting common courtesy and politeness, you will be very disappointed!! My advise, go elsewhere! Cons: dirty, shoddy, rude more
