Worst company online! Ordered a rainmate a while back and it took forever to get. And then it never worked properly, it had a short in it. But I didn't even try to return it after all I went through to get it! Desperately needed rainbow scents so I thought I would try again. Bad mistake!!!! Been 4 weeks and I still don't have them. I called 1 week ago and one was on hold so I requested a partial ship. Still don't have anything! I don't know how this place is still open. more

How this company is still in business is beyond me. I ordered a replacement part on 3/2/13 and paid more for FedEx shipping and I have never reviewed any word from their company about the status. I have called and emailed multiple times. FINALLY!! I posted on their Facebook page about the status of my order and wow!! SOMEONE RESPONDS!!! They tell me they employ five people and answer phones and emails from the moment they clock in to when they leave. BS!!! Then they said well do you want us to just cancel the order? How can it be cancelled?!!! It's been almost a week and I paid for FedEx delivery surely it's in transit!! I just want a tracking number !!! But they have no answer for that. So it has never been shipped!!! I wanted to shampoo my carpets before my husband came home from Afghanistan but i guess not!! Worthless ! more

Worst web customer service I've ever experienced 9/27/2008

I had ordered some vacuum accessories about 18 months ago with great success. So I thought I'd order a part for my business food processor. I ordered the part on August 24 and from the start, the customer service failed. I didn't receive a confirmation email but because of my workload, I didn't follow immediately. When I did email asking about the order, I received a confirmation email.......on September 8! Cons: No customer service. Inability to communicate with customer. more
