When i was ready to jion a gym, i was afraid that it was going to be a bunch of perfect people in spandex with dumbells! But it isnt like that at Total Fitness. For one thing, it is very affordable. They are always running specials. when i joined, if you committed to 15 months, it was 20.00 a month, unlimited workouts, unlimited tanning. you CANT beat that. the current promo is 6 months gym only for 75.00. Total has a private womens workout ares, lockers and showers, a weight room, several treadmills and other cardio machines, a smoothie bar, supplements and protein powders and a knowledgable staff who is happy to answer any questions abiout exercise, muscle building, supplements, etc. they are opne 7 days a week, open at 5 AM on weekdays. locatred in downtown Lebanon.
