Thursday evening, restaurant is less than a 1/4 full and they were out of high chairs. The waitress tells us later they only have 5! What restaurant only has 5 highchairs?! They gave us a booster seat that my child almost fell out of twice. It did not have straps or a skid resistant bottom to help keep it on the chair.
Our drink order was taken 10 min. after we were seated. We ordered a large queso, they brought us a small. We told the waitress we would keep the small, but to go ahead and bring us another large queso (there were 4 adults and we were hungry), but we got another small.
After placing our food order, getting drink refills was almost impossible. In fact, after placing our food order, the waitress was so busy doing ??, she never came back to our table until we were ready to leave, and even then we had to flag her down to get the check. Someone else brought the food out and when we did get drink refills, it was because we flagged down any employee walking by.
One entrée order was forgotten about and by the time it was prepared and reached the table, everyone else was finished with their meal (just took that one home in a "to go" box).
This restaurant was no where near busy, there seemed to be plenty of staff, yet the service was the worst I have ever experienced. And I'm still trying to figure out the whole "only 5 highchairs" thing. I mean, come on! I'm sure more than 5 kids come in on a busy night... say Friday and/or Saturday.
I will definitely chose another restaurant next time.
