12 Years Of Great Animal Care 4/27/2013

Over the past 12 years we have taken 3 dogs and 3 cats here and have always received the best of care for all our animals. I've never had a bad experience. Have always found the staff helpful and the vets caring and compasionate. more

They care more about your money than your pet. 11/30/2010

I am going to find another vet after my last experience. Nothing dramatic happened and the vets are decent, but some business practices I find objectionable. You are going to have to consider this when choosing a vet. more

Don't believe the 1 bad reviewer! I would not take my pets anywhere else. They go above and beyond whenever they are needed. It's nice to know our pets are being cared for by people who care. more

Highly Recommend 7/24/2010

Dr. Coggins is a very caring and compassionate vet. She has seen my 14 year old dog through many a mishap. I trust her judgment and her skill as a surgeon. I would highly recommend her. more

Torrington Animal Hospital Llc : Never Again 7/1/2009

Never Again\r \r I will never step foot in Torrington Animal Hospital again. My dachshund couldn't stand or walk and was going to the bathroom on himself. We brought him in for an emergency visit and was turned away. They said to come back tomorrow for an office visit. We wanted to pay the additional money for an emergency visit and they would NOT take him in. I have been bringing dogs there for 20+ years and WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! I called Sand Road Animal Hospital and they said to bring him right over. It turns out that he had Lyme Disease that was brought out by a rabies shot that he received the week before. Sand Road was wonderful and compassionate. They are our new vet and Dr Dave was wonderful! more

I love the Dr's there.They are compassionate and knowledgeable.All the Dr's at the facility have great bedside manners.They seem to be in the practice for the love of the animals.I tell people about them all the time more

Fantastic Veterinary 1/17/2008

Dr. Humphrey is by far the best vet your animals will ever see!! He pours his heart and soul into the practice and the lives of your pet. He is so compassionate and understands how valuable pets are to a family. I feel so fortunate that my dogs have been able to see Dr. Humphrey. He is certainly highly recommended! more

Wonderful! 11/8/2007

Dr. Humphrey is the best vet anyone could ask for. He has tremendous patience with all animals, especially ours who really did not like getting out of the car. He takes the time to explain what he is doing. He allows you to feel like you are a part in every decision. He always looks to rule out before doing any invasive procedures. He is wonderful and the practice is great. Highly recommended. more
