Alway's a good meal and excellent service. Only downfall is the crowd at times.

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR SERVICE 9/4/2010

ZERO STARS. Absolutely awful. I wasted my time here. The most terrible service- I will NEVER go here again, and will continue to spread the word to people to stay away from their awful customer service. I will be calling to complain to them tomorrow. I regret ever sitting in their chairs. more

Decent Food, but not really for the price 9/15/2007

I've been to Tom's Oyster Bar once. The service was disappointing, as was the interior, so we chose to be seated on the patio by the street. The atmosphere is quite ""cheap"" outside. I didn't feel like the tables and chairs were very clean. I ordered soup and wasn't given any bread or crackers with it, we had to ask for refills on everything and my partners food was kind of oily. Altogether the food was tasty enough, but the prices are not a measure of what to expect, if you expect quality for money. Pros: Seafood in Royal Oak Cons: Atmosphere dingy, food pricey for the quality more
