Pleasant Experience 1/19/2011

As a first time car buyer, Paul Moody answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable. I never felft pressured. He gave me all the time and information I needed to make the right decision for me. He showed me my car and its features and wend ove r key points of the buying process, the owner's manual, and warranties. This was a pleasant experience. I would recommend my friends and family to see Paul for their next car purchase or lease. more

I felt welcome! 1/12/2011

The dealership was welcoming with sofas and big flat screen tvs. They even have a game system for your kids. Everywhere was clean and organized (even the bathrooms). Cookies, coffee and water are complimentary while you wait for your car or salesperson. They have a full service area and a dealership. I have no experience with the body shop. Enterprise rental is on site if you need to rent while your car is being serviced. more

So Happy 1/10/2011

I leased a car from Bill Brown and because of over miles I was forced to either trade it in early or to buy it out. I have had some problems with my credit in the past due to a job loss so I knew it was not going to be easy. I first went to the chevy dealership and the best they could do trading in my lease on a car I didnt want was 13.99%. Thats when I wnet to Tom Holzer and I met Jeremiah. Jeremiah told me it would be no big deal and that his "finance guy" was awesome. He set me up with his "finance guy" Curtis. Curtis treated my like I was better than his family and needless to say way better than I was treated at the chevy dealer down the street. I was so happy and so lucky to have found these 2 guys! I bought out my lease with no pressure and a 7.99% rate and a extended warranty. Tom Holzer needs more people like Jeremiah and Curtis. A++ more

As always, doing business at Tom Holzer Ford with my salesperson Steve Pennio is always a pleasant experience. Steve is the most pleasant, resourceful, and knowledgable salesperson and is always willing to make sure his customers are totally satisfied. Everyone at Tom Holzer Ford is always so pleasant and helpful, but Steve is the greatest salesperson in the automotive business with Steve and with Tom Holzer Ford. more

Salesperson was Ron Block. Ron did a great job to meet my needs and requirements. Took time to go over the vehicle, explain and set up my Sync system. Very professional, expedient overall process. Will recommend him to others. Looking forward to dealing with Mr. Block in the future more
