Less than 24 hours ago, I was greeted, by phone, by a very pleasant and reassuring member of the Tioga Dental staff. I explained that I had just moved into the Flats, directly behind their office, and that I had not gotten around to establishing myself as a new patient with them and now I need their help ASAP. I gave her my symptoms ... really ... I am in pain and can I be seen today! I arrived at 2pm and everyone was so helpful and pleasant. I was assigned Dr. Potter; she is exactly the dentist this senior citizen needed. I will not go into detail, but in a very short 1.5 hrs, Dr. Potter and Jaimie had me xrayed, diagnosed, tooth extracted and on my way home. It was the most pleasant dental encounter I have ever experienced. I will be coming back for a full workup and to get my mouth in as good a shape as can be at my age. I cannot say enough words of praise for the entire staff. Today, I am pain free and resting. Thank you Tioga Dental. Peggy Jo Brooks
