Chronic Migraines? Look no further. 3/15/2012

I have chronic migraines. They're under control now, but until I met with Zane and his amazing staff they were rampant to the point of where I was missing 2-3 days of work on average every pay period sleeping off migraines. Often times I barely made it home. Doesn't look good to the employer.\r \r I'm talking the worst. Headache, dizzyness, vertigo, nasua, severe fatigue, significant mood changes all wrapped up into a nice bundle. \r \r I'd taken every medicine the doctors say to take for years now. Changed my pillow, eating habits tons of times, lost weight, you name it I've done it. Finally I found the right doctor that said, "You need to see my buddy Zane."\r \r And Zane's like, "Yeah we've taken care of folks like you before!" And I was like.. wuh. wuh. Really? And he's like yeah. \r \r So normally when I would have been completely crippled and out of work by late Fall, I was at work hanging in there like a total trooper thanks to Zane and his team. I was literally able to work because of more

Physical therapy at its best! 7/10/2008

I arrived at Zane's office with incredible back and leg pains. Zane worked closely with me for over three months, switching to different techniques as my situation improved, including equipment for back treatments that I had never seen before at another Physical Therapy site I had been to. Zane carefully monitored my progress, provided me with great explanations to all of my questions, and I experienced an overall steady improvement until being fully discharged this past week. Oh yeah!\r \r But I wouldn't leave out that the staff is very helpful and pleasant. The interior is clean, carpeted, and nicely laid out. And some of my favorite music was playing overhead in the main room which I enjoyed when exercising on the various machines. For more private needs, there are a couple of patient rooms that I used in earlier stages of my treatment, that were also very clean and comfortable.\r (... not to mention a very impressive emergency escape plan is hung on the wall!)\r \r Stewart B. more

Chronic Shoulder Pain - Resolved 7/2/2008

June 18, 2008\r \r From Anne Marie Standley:\r \r After a year of chronic shoulder pain and 3 months of intense neck pain, I was referred to Zane Smith at Timberline Physical Therapy.\r \r Before seeing Zane, I had six weeks of acupuncture, deep massage and lots of Advil with no improvement. The chronic pain had zapped my energy and enthusiasm for activities that I had formerly enjoyed.\r \r Since my first physical therapy treatment in early May, all my pain is almost gone and I have joy in my life again. I thought I was resigned to living with pain. NO LONGER!!\r \r Zane has created a culture of casual warmth in the clinic. His staff is truly caring and friendly. Zane has worked a miracle in my life. I will miss my visits to Timberline Physical Therapy. Pros: Good atmosphere... Cons: No Cons more
