Thunder Alley is the HAppin place inthe Alleghany Highlands!! They offer a local DJ on some weekends and cosmic bowling and it usually has a wainting list! Come Early!!! Sundays are busy also and they open at 2PM, so get there early!! The new owners are Really acommadating to the publica s much as they can be!!! It is the palce to go to bowl in the Highlands!!!!! There are a number of leagues for men, women and children!! There is fun for all there and even a BOUNCE LAND for the younger kids!! Come on by and BOWL for FUN, Sign up for a league or just come for the GREAT FOOD!!!!!! They have the BEST HOT DOGS in Covington!!! Got to try them!!! They are also BIKER FRIENDY!!!!! This bowling alley has been updated since the new owners took over. They frequently offer specials, you just need to watch the local paper. They have midnight bowling, with the loud music and black lights. They have league bowling for all ages. They also have a room available for parties. They do offer a snack bar and video arcade and pool tables. This is the local hang out spot for teenagers on the weekend. You need to get there early on the weekend to get a lane, or you will have to wait. Overall a great place. more
