I've been with State Farm for over 10 years and got automatically transferred to Duckwall from Fitzgerald. Most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. I called corporate to file a complaint and they transferred my business to another agent. State Farm's corporate office apologized for my experience and said that this agent's unprofessionalism does not reflect what State Farm stands for. I wish I could give 0 STARS.
