I have to say, it's hard for me to leave a restaurant hungry, but that's what happened. I ordered the Snapper Special that promised a traditional and exceptional Spanish dish of fish and vegetables. It didn't mention that half were breaded and fried. In the end, I payed $24.95 for 4 bites of overcooked fish and extremely salty rice. I was ignored by the waiter who explained that he had a table of 16 to care for as he hurried off leaving the bill. Upon leaving, I expressed that the food and service was lacking. The response was a tilted head and an ""AWWWW."" I travel across the US on business. I can't remember the last time I didn't leave a 20% tip. I can now sadly mark the day I left less than 10%. The view of the ocean and pelicans was nice, wine selection average.
