it's hardly an institute - just a few tiny rooms with far too many receptionists twiddling their thumbs when they're not counting money and throwing off attitude. doctors and the p.a. think they are above it all and take no accountability for valid concerns and complaints - simply put, they did not address my needs. they also suffer from massive delusions of grandeur and think they're big fish in the small pond that is Naples...money grubbers too! bitchy, rude, and sloppy receptionists and nurses with inferiority complexes don't help matters...all in all, a horrendous experience (in my humble opinion, needless to say).
