The Terrace at Butler

I lived at the complex for a entire year since I was locked into a lease. The worst experience by far, I have ever had renting. It is right next door to a daycare center that is very loud. The manager is not good at all. She does nothing when you complain except tell you its your fault. They called me from work to tell me my apartment was on fire, then when I pull up expecting to see a fire, the maintenance man was at my door, wanting me to let him him so he could fix an exterior leak. It seems they do not screen there applicants since in the year that I lived there the local police were there every weekend for something ranging from fights to inappropirate behavior and loitering teenagers. The do not keep the maintenace well on the grounds or the apartments. The pool was deplorable and I would not swim there. Save your money and sign a lease somewhere else. Manager don't keep up the apartments. You complain, she give you a hard time. Some people fix on there cars in the parking lot and in the garages and loud music. So when you want to look out of your patio. BOY is Awful. And she make up rules as she go along. She running away great people.
