The Personal Touch really have proven themselves as professional carpet cleaning company. I have been using them for the last 2 years and I can`t be more satisfied from their job.

Very efficient and professional. Even the quotes and the parting info were done very well. Customer service seems to be important to you. Congratulations! It's rare these days.

The coffee stains that have been there for 5 years have vanished, and the carpet looks BRAND NEW! I am delighted! The Personal Touch also totally restored area rugs and a sofa that I was ready to toss out, and they`re now LIKE NEW as well ... worth every penny! more

I would definitely use you again. Both technicians were very courteous. They did a very good job. They also explained everything to me-things that could not be cleaned and why. They left me some booties which I didn't expect. My carpets look like new again. They are 9 years old. more
