The Main Place Christian Thrift Store

First of all, this thrift store is the friendly thrift store I have shopped in. I don't need to go to thrift stores. I shop them because it is fun getting a deal!!! They have new clothes and used clothes. Like any store, you have to pick and chose your items. They carry furniture, books, cds, purses, clothes, office products and nick nacks. They truly are a Christian Thrift Store. They offer 50% OFF Every Day. A womens sweater costs you about $2.50. There clothes and items are so affortable. The way a thrift store should be. Not like GoodWill who's regular prices run $7.99 for sweaters. Unless you find the 1/2 price ticket at Goodwill, you will be paying any where from $5-$7.99 for a pair of pants, top or sweater. And to boot, most of the colored tags for the week at 1/2 price have seemed to been pulled and put in the back or shipped off some where else. \r Main Place Thrift Store is overall just a pleasant place to shop. I love stopping in once a week to say hello to the friendly employees who work there full time and to find my bargin of the week. Pros: Great pricing on everything Cons: NOTHING! more

I totally disagree. I went in February and they were selling hungry hippos (new toy). I had just bought full price retail at Toys R' Us and it was $2 cheaper. Everything was overpriced. You could buy the same thing at Walmart new. Sorry. Cons: prices :( more

Wow, my friend has been recommending this place to me for a while but wasnt really interested because it was further than other places around my area. I found myself in the area and remembered the location so I went to check it out. Oh WOW! They are my favorite after only one visit. I spent about $25 dollars and walked out of there with about $150 worth of merchandise. I wish I could of stayed longer to look at everything in there, they seem to have good clothing, I saw several people that looked well off looking through the clothing racks, It is also very clean and organized. I definitely recommend this place, and if the prices stay as cheap as they are, then I will go back at least 1 to 2 times a week. YES, I really mean it.\r I recommend it. more

This place is a rare find! After digging through racks and racks of clothing, you will walk away a winner! I go to Main Place' at least once a week, and I always walk away happy. You will find big name brands at super-low prices. The quality is great, and the people/service are even better! I bring all my friends here, and they simply love it. A friend of mine took me to the Main Place Christian Thrift Store once and I've been shopping there ever since. They have great stuff - lots of name brand items which are ever so gently used at unbelievable prices. Whether its clothing, books, housewares, collectibles or even furniture, their merchandise is well organized and it moves quickly. The staff is helpful and friendly. Thrift store shopping is a hobby for me, and this is one of the best places to go for unbeatable deals! Love it! This is one of the best thrift stores I have been in. It is very clean and organized, better than any other I have seen. Some new items mixed with used stuff, fun to look and find great deals. The staff are all very positive and friendly and a great Christian experience. I would recommend it to everyone. I drive over 60 miles to shop here, better than any near my home. bnm more

This is unquestionably one of my favorite thrift stores. The staff is very helpful and the store is always clean. The best part is the unbelieveable deals! You will find deals on brand new items, top designer names, office supply and so much more. No other thrift store can beat the prices and quality of merchandise you can find at the Main Place Thrift Store. I haven't patronized this thrift store in years and was quite impressed to find the store so extremely organized and very user friendly. I even mentioned this to a worker and the person said, ""does it smell like a thrift store?"" I took a whiff and noted how clean smelling it was. Check it out--great store. more

I shop for bargains as often as possible. I've been to many stores throughout Orange and L.A. Counties. I've never found comparable merchandise or better service. The merchandise is always in great condition. The staff is conscientious and ensures that all products are in working order. Visit this store once and I'm sure you'll find yourself back there quite often. more

I am always so pleased with the exceptionally friendly and personal service I receive at the Main Place Christian Thrift Store! The employees are extremely helpful, with an upbeat attitude. The music that is playing is relaxing and inspirational, and I ALWAYS find great items at the best prices. I refer.all of my friends and co-workers too! As a single parent with two teenagers i am always on a tight budget, but with stores like Main Place, I don't have to LOOK like I am on a budget. more

Best clothes and best prices. I can afford to shop anywhere but can't beat their prices. It takes a while to go through their crowded racks but well worth it. And their profit goes to a good cause. more
