Terrible warranty support. Had an issue with our HVAC system, Hiller found that the original unit was installed with a piston backwards (not wear and tear). So I called Jones thinking this would be easily covered, but not to Jones. This and how bad the floor boards are (which are cheap and wear easily) make me unsatisfied with Jones for a new home purchase. more

Disappointed 4/10/2019

We built our home in 2015. In 2016 our hardwood floors started peeling, just outside of the Jones warranty. Mohawk was the manufacturer and did an inspection and thought it the issue was due to moisture, despite the subfloor being dry. Jones decided to no longer offer our particular color/style due to the issue, but would not due anything to help remedy our problem. The continue to deteriorate and I should not have to be replacing hardwoods in a 3 year old home. I'm very disappointed in the company and the fact they won't stand behind their products. I would not recommend using them to build a home. more

Shameful 2/21/2013

My experience with The Jones Company has been truss uplift which causes tape failure, drywall damage, and cracks every winter, hundreds of screw pops, moldy lumber, a window fell out, another window leaked, gas water heater was missing flue to vent carbon monoxide gas, live wires in attic, insufficient roof step flashing, three cracked pipes installed and that is just the short list. If you must buy from Jones please hire a structural engineer to supervise the building process. Saying customer service is poor would be giving the Jones Company a huge compliment.
