This location has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don't even attempt to get through to someone over the phone....My carpet order has been delayed without notice twice now. Upon question, the manager said "What do you want me to do? Theres nothing I can do". GO TO LOWES more

just hope you do not need to call them to see if they have something in stock. The answer I got was "Sorry, that department is not answering the page! Call back later!" Are you kidding? And why can't you go look and see?I just called back and the manager saved face. He went and looked found it and was very helpful. more

AWFUL SERVICE-WORST HOME DEPOT IN THE AREA 3/28/2008

I have now used this home depot for a number of home renovation projects. Their staff is completely incompetent. The ONLY way to get anything accomplished is to speak with a manager and even that is a long drawn out process. Any special order or installation you order will, without fail, be incorrect. They cannot handle returns or credit and not one step of the way has anything been on time. Even when calling into the store you will be inconvenienced. They cannot handle transferring you to the correct department you will be put back in cue and speak to the same person again at least 3 times. Over all this is the worst experience I have ever had. In the end GO TO LOWES! more

Would recommend... 5/17/2005

This place can be a bit overwhelming because it's so large but its usually very easy to find items. The aisles are well labeled and well organized. Also, the associates are extremely knowlegeble and helpful. They also offer a lot of great clinics (you could probably check their website for more detail). Their prices are also pretty fair. more
