I was just past the warranty date when my doctors realized that I should use a less drastic type orthotic from Good Feet. Pros: Went well past the extra mile to help me!

Your business hours are from 10 - 6 in cranberry I call at 10 25 no answer then at 10 45 no answer than at 1050 not even a answering machine . I just think a company that helps so many people would answer their phone during business hours . Would love to talk to a employee and get my girlfriends feet pain free . Would be nice to hear a reply from the company. more

Big ripoff. After a month of wearing their arch supports, my foot pain went from bad to unbearable. That s when I found out about their no refund policy. They charged me $25 for a heal lift that I found for $6, and $20 for a $2 insole. If you don t want custom orthotics, try the Dr. Scholls kiosk at WalMart. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away. more
