"This is the best Thai food I have had in Virginia, ever. The owners and staff are all from Thailand, and it really makes a difference. My friend and I had dinner on Saturday night, during the second day Thai Winchester was open for business. The service was excellent and the food was even better. Too many Thai restaurants use excessive oils to cook the food. The food at Thai Winchester is clean and ready for as much, or as little, Thai spices as you want on your food.
