We spent all day painting, and worked up quite an appetite. As hungry as we were, we still couldn't eat their food. Awful! more

Thai Time is great; funky decor 9/16/2009

Been here a few times; good food with large portion size. The parking isn't great; The decor inside is funky but you can tell the food is very authentic. Seems more on the "locals only" side but a nice place if you have the want for Thai food. more

Time for Thai Time. 8/17/2009

This place is a great lunch spot for yummy Thai food. Portions are a good size so you can even have leftovers. I love the Pad Thai here because of its freshness and also the service is pretty decent. more

Not Good! 11/18/2007

My husband and I our new to the area and were excited to find a Thai Restaurant we liked. After reviewing some of the posts we decided to try this place. The service was ok and the food was not good. We ordered Pad Thai which had absolutely no flavor. We will never visit this place again. more

I eat at this restaurant about once a week, and it's always great food. Always fresh!! The only thing I would not suggest is going on your lunch break or when you're in a time pinch. more

Love This Place 8/17/2006

I love Thai Time. Except for their relative lack of parking, this place is awesome. Respectable prices, good portions, and yummy food that's as domestic or exotic as you want.\r \r And only order something with "four peppers" if you're really insane. A bunch of us took a friend who was from the Hunan province of China, and he was going on about how he could eat anything spicy, how he grew up eating ridiculously spicy food, etc. We took him here, and had him order something with four peppers. We all watched him take that first bite, watched the red cover his face, the sweat practically spraying off his forehead, and the race for the glass of water... He never did finish it.\r \r Me, I'll stick with a two-pepper yellow curry beef. Yum! PROS: Good prices for great food -- as hot as you want it. CONS: Parking's not always conveniently available. more

You're going to love Thai Time! They have the most scrumptious food - fresh, interesting, lively, and healthful. I love eating at Thai Time and I think their service is excellent. they have a good variety of foods to choose from and if you like spicy foods, or not, they have a dish for you. Great food and cooked fresh. Great choice. more

we came here a few weeks ago and the food was terrible. we ordered the pad thai and the basil w/pork dish. the pork was overcooked so it was very chewy. the pad thai didn't taste right plus they didn't give me any lime. even if they did, it still didn't taste as good as all the other thai restaurants i've eaten at in the city. i'm glad we didn't order too much food. obviously the restaurant only catered to americans as most of the people in the restaurant were at the bar. service was fine. I think Thai Time is one of the best thai resturants around. You can go to the city and get good food, but if you're on the Peninsula and don't want to go all the way to the city go to Thai time. Everything I've had is fantastic! The PaGaProw is one of my favorite meals anywhere. Highly recomended. Pros: food quality Cons: little lack of space more

Consistent Food and Service 3/17/2005

Thai Time is one of my favorite restaurants in Redwood City. It is relatively small, but they are able to pack a lot of people efficiently that you don't feel too crowded. The food is very good and the service is also very nice. They stock a full bar, and have a wide variety of dishes and drinks. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Thai food in Redwood City. Pros: Food, Service, Value Cons: Small Size more
