Very professional, good quality product. 7/27/2009

After shopping around and comparing different flooring companies, we decided to use Thads Flooring America because of price and location. They did a very good job installing flooring in 2 big rooms and refinishing the stairs and hallway. We still have a little bit more to do on one project, but the work they have done so far has been very professional and it is a good quality product. They were very prompt about the work they did and the projects were done when they said were going to be done. I would certainly recommond Thads Flooring America. Responsive. Good experience thus far. 7/22/2009

We purchased flooring, carpeting and tile from Thad's Flooring America for a new home. Everything has been installed but we are not yet living there, so it is not being used yet. The young woman who has been our point of contact throughout the ordering process spent a lot of time working with us, which we appreciated. They also have been very responsive. A few weeks ago, we had an issue with the flooring that they took care of. They are working mainly with our builder but our experience with them up to this point has been positive. more
