Where to begin... We own a small business that uses a lot of gas and because we happen to have leased a space in a building that happens to have a Taylor Gas tank in the ground, we apparently have to use them. Therefore, they have the monopoly on the building.
We required gas to be delivered and they decided to come out on a Monday. Well, gas wasn't delivered because we are closed on Mondays. They apparently "banged on the door" despite lights being off and the open sign not lit and then left. Later they "called", again on Monday never following up on any other day of the week - thus, we have thus nearly run out of gas.
When we contacted them to arrange a delivery we were all but chastised for not picking up the phone, on a day we were closed and a day we were not in the building. So, now, they are charging us an extra fee to have gas delivered - so we do not run out of gas - so we can survive as a small business. All this even after talking with Mr. Taylor himself.
This is NOT good customer service and while I HAVE to use them, I really do not want to - nor will I EVER give them a positive recommendation.
I would not recommend Taylor Gas for your supplier if you are considering getting gas setup in your commercial or residential building.
