The obviously under-aged girl at the front desk (12 year old?) was completely incompetent. I know what your thinking; of course she was, she?s 12, but that?s precisely why she shouldn?t be the only person at the register.
Our experience on a Friday evening between 6 and 7 PM:
The restaurant was not crowded, there were only 3 or 4 families there at the time. When my wife and I walked in, there was one person already waiting to pay for his order. We should have left when the cashier asked him to help her total his bill. After she finished with him, she took our order and told us it would be about 10 minutes. We left to do some shopping and returned 15 minutes later. She didn?t recognize us and tried to seat us. After we explained that we were there to pick up our food, we repeated our order and found out that she had not actually given our order to the kitchen yet. Later, the only adult employee, who had been exclusively servicing the dining room, noticed my exasperated look and came over. I repeated my order to her and she said she?d check on it. A while later a family came in to pick up their phone-in order. The girl asked what they had order, wrote it all down, and took it back to the kitchen presumably having lost their phone order.
When the girl returned with our food (about 45 minutes after the original order) we explained that we still need to pay for our food, which lead to us having to repeat our order 3 more times, including pricing, while she wrote a receipt and then had us help with totaling and tax.
To top it all off, we arrived home to find that this was not what we ordered. Big Surprise.
Pros: Food was good.
Cons: Service was very bad.
