buyer beware 12/13/2010

These people do not know how to deal with customers, and 'big dave' thinks he is some kind of tough guy. They do not honor the appointments that they make, they are evasive when people ask questions. I watched him tell a customer that he did not know how to use a product because 'the product is never faulty, must be that you cant use it' right before he decided to threaten me. more
