My husband was so thrilled to have found such a beautiful place for me to live without him but unfortunately, I was just forced to purchased another home because of the conditions of the condo I live in caused by Tap Management out of Glen Ridge New Jersey. \r

My only fear now is that I will not be able to sell the condo that I actually wanted to live in forever because of the poor way Tap Management has allowed their employee to manage this property. This past summer I couldn't even go into my back area because it was like a swamp and the mosquitos were horrible. I had to call the board of health a few times in the past few years because none of my issues were ever recognized by Tap Management. The Board of Health made them build up the area with soil and seed the area. Wow, I couldn't believe this was done for me but a year later the same swamp appears and now the Tap Management employee tells the landscaper he is not responsible because he wasn't the actual one that put the soil down. I pay a $350 maintenance fee monthly to Tap that includes a fee for the landscaper so why wouldn't he want to do his job, who knows maybe Tap tells him what to do.. If you are having a hard time believing this I certainly understand as I also have a hard time thinking anyone could treat another condo owner this way but it happened.\r

If you are interested in a Management Company whose employee will report any of your neighbors who do not have a license for their dog, fines anyone whose light burns out outside without a notice, tells contractors to skip over your property because they didn't put the soil down, fines your neighbors for no logical reason when they correct what bothered the Tap Mgm. employee, never replaces any of the trees that die, do work that is not necessary and skips over that which is necessary, hire people to repair items without credentials, then you will be absolutely happy with Tap Mangement; otherwise, well, you know that.
Pros: SORRY NO PROS AS I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO MOVE TO KEEP MY SANITY
Cons: EVERYTHING DONE BY THE TAP MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEE WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND USUALLY WRONG
