Yes a lot of food, mainly salamis, fish,cookies and other products are probably expired. They have weird taste. I stopped buying these products completely. I go there for bread, tea and some canned products only. Also I agree that the service is very bad. Nobody smiles nobody greets us and we have to demand attention. Otherwise they have a great selection of products. more

Several months ago , we purchased some food products and after bringing them home, we realized they were bad. Last weekend we went back to buy smoked fish and...same thing! No expiration date to be found on the packaging. Most of the product they sell are old and have been on the shelf too long, should be thrown away, not sold. Went into the store at 4:00 pm Saturday. I was not greeted upon entering even though I was the only customer in the store.I noticed to teenage girls talking at the rear of the store, neither of the girls interrupted their conversation to offer assistance or to greet me or ask if they could help me locate anything. I noticed the aisles were obstructed by merchandise waiting to be stocked onto the shelves. Since I didn't get any attention I left the store and met up with my wife at Marshalls and upon leaving Marshalls we had to walk by Tanya's the time was now 4:20 pm. and the same two girls were still deep in conversation. All though their were no customers in the store at the time I felt sorry for the owners because they were represented by the help they employed.\r Instead of talking they could have helped me or at the least open and stock merchandise and EARN their wages. I felt they acted in a rude manner and I probably will not frequent this store again. Pros: Nice store Cons: Aisle obstructed by merchandise waiting to be put away. Inattentive employees. more
