Both my wife and I required cars within 12 hours of each other. The other dealerships in the area that we stopped by were closed. When we pulled into the lot at Tansky, we were kindly greeted and asked if we needed help or just wanted to look around. Our salesman Jordan was patient, not pushy at all and answered all our questions honestly. When we decided on a car both Jordan and his manager Kyle worked with us to match our finance needs without being pushy or rude. They worked very hard to match my wife's budget and stayed within what she said she could afford. When I went back the next day to get my truck, I specifically asked for Jordan and Kyle to work with and was treated with just as much respect and patience as my wife was shown the night before. I would highly recommend Tansky Toyota and plan on going back for my next truck. If you decide to go, ask for Jordan Fisher or Kyle Law. Warren Mead was our salesman and was awesome. No pressure or b.s., just an awesome price on an awesome vehicle. Took delivery on our 2011 sienna xle on 9/17/10. My wife and I were both in the market for new cars. As we drove around we found that Tansky was the only dealership that was still open. We were promptly (not rudely) greeted by Jordan who asked if we had any questions or just wanted to look around. As we talked with Jordan about what we were looking for, he took us around the lot pointing out cars that we might like. He answered all our questions honestly and when we took a few test drives he went with us. As we all got into the first car he stated, "Pretend that I'm not here, but ask questions if you have them." He did just as he said. After a little polite conversation he sat quietly in the back and let my wife and I discuss the good and the bad of the car that we were riding in. He never interrupted, argued or defended the car we were in. When we were done he asked what we liked and didn't like about the car we had driven. Each car we drove, three in all, he was patient, quiet and respectful of my wife and I.When we had found the car that we wanted Jordan brought us into the offices to start the paperwork. It was at this time that we were introduced to Kyle the manager. Kyle was very helpful in making sure that my wife could afford the car and that her payments fit the budget that she had set. Kyle gave financing options to us and stayed within the payments that my wife said that she could afford. There was never any push to purchase something that she could not afford. Kyle remained respectful throughout the entire process. There was never any pushing or rushing through the entire car buying process.I went back the next day to purchase a truck for myself and specifically asked for Jordan and Kyle to help me. I was treated with as much respect and patience as my wife was shown the night before. i have been very happy with tanskys and it does not feel like a car dealership everyone is very nice and they get you out of there quickly. i felt like it was a bad thing to be a women at most dealerships. FYI its best to deal with there internet team more

My husband and I narrowed down our search to an Accord or Camry. We LOVE our Honda and have owned 3 (1 new and 2 used). We decided to go with the best deal. And, by far we got the best deal at Tansky's Toyota. Immke Honda was just not willing to budge. The customer service at Tansky was really nice. I have been a customer of Tansky for over 20 years through three different vehicles. I have purchased vehicles at Tansky and had them serviced there. During the early 1990s there were some problems with the service department and I started taking my cars to Toyota West but I have been having my Corolla serviced there since I bought it in 2001 and I have had no problems. Of course Toyotas are so reliable I have had no major problems but I am now up to 130K+ miles and it's still running strong. The repairs I have had done at Tansky include brakes, battery, oil changes, fluid changes and flushes, fuel injector cleaning, and tire rotations. I have never had them try to sell me services I don't need and their prices are reasonable. more
