I am not sure why it states that Tammy's Candy Kettle is closed. I am Tammy, my husband and I have been open continuously for almost 20 years now. WE ARE STILL OPEN. Thank you to one of our loyal customers for letting us know this listing had incorrect information. Does anybody know how I can make the (Closed) words go away on this listing? Thank you more

Like the review above by Triumph Rider....if you're looking for ""foofyness"" and frills, don't come here....but if you want the best burger you've had in as long as you can remember....then by all means... come here!... My boyfriend and I stopped in on the way home from Manchester, and I had been craving a good burger for a while....i was NOT disappointed. Just a really delicious, juicy, fresh made burger and delicious fries. No grease. ...oh, and by the way, THE CORN NUGGETS ARE TO DIE FOR!...little nuggets of cream sweet corn deep fried in a batter...so good :) more

Nothing phony about this place. Set in an old, run down farmhouse, looks can be deceiving. If you are looking for an elegant dining experience, don't come here. On the other hand, if you are looking for straightforward, no frills, down to earth good food with a personal touch and a commitment to excellent service then this is the place for you. I ride my motorcycle to this area several time a year and discovered this place quite by accident but now make it a point to stop in every time I am in the area. I like the burgers; they are the best quality burgers I have ever had. The fries are fresh cut, the onion rings literally melt in your mouth. The candy is all home made on the premises and is the highest quality. It is rare any more to see a place where the emphasis is on quality of product and service and not a bunch of imagery and hype. Pros: Excellent food and candy products Cons: Atmosphere; rest room is kind of yucky. more

My boyfriend stopped here on his way home from skiing in VT. The assorted homemade chocolates were the best I have ever had. We will definitely be ordering from here next holiday. Pros: great chocalate Cons: wish they had a web site! more

a friend sent me some choclate covered gummy bears. they were unbelievable! the choclate is thick and sweet and the gummy bears are chewy and delicious. also there were some gummy ""teeth"" that were fun. but believe me the choclate gummy bears were the best! more
