Cheap is not better 11/4/2008

After i saw the review i thought wow what have i been missing, then once at the spa I realize Jeff is the owner and he wrote the review. Long story short, worst facial i have ever had, good massage good and salt/mud wrap ended up burning my skin and leaving me with spots all over my neck. to top it off i purchased 2 packages and they charged me for each treatment... ended up costing my $600 for 2/3 bad hours. save your money, go to the St. Regis :) more

This is a spa that is a break from the rest of the pack. It shows like a museum piece, it is private, quiet, and personal, and takes you to another place. I love the Roman ambiance and Tuscan feel. The spa amenities are wonderful and the showers are to die for. My friends took over the spa and had a "spa party" for a birthday group that was nicely done. You can even use the outside patio. Top that off with professional therapies, expert customer care, and a wonderful retail area that offers many choices from skin care to candles to classy clothing items. You can't go wrong with Talega Day Spa. It is in a class of it's own. For a personal spa experience, put this one on your list. more
