Why do you have 'special instruction' boxes if they're ignored? I'm allergic to tomatoes, and requested they not be included and there were more tomatoes than I could pick off.

Food was cold, an hour late, and stuff into a box to small. The only thin edible was the steak, which I had to heat up, everything else was cold. more
