We've been dealing with Synergy ONE now and really like the banking services they have to offer. The tellers are friendly and happy to help with questions. I like the fact that I can call 24 hours a day and check my account through an automated system. I think dealing with a small financial institution is much more personal than the bigger banks that seem not to have time for you but want your money in their bank.
