My daughter enrolled in Sylvan's Spring Break Math Camp review for her addition and subtraction facts. Not only did she review them that week, but she is now motivated to practice in the car and online on what she sees as the best math website ever! Thanks Sylvan and we'll see you over the summer to make sure she stays up on her facts!! more

DeKalb/Sycamore Sylvan Rocks! 12/29/2008

Sylvan teachers really helped me to get back on track with my homework and encouraged me to get it all turned in on time to get the credit that I deserved. I raised my d's and f's to all B's! I made the honor roll and got a discount on my car insurance! I am in my first year of college now and am still using those good study habits that Sylvan taught me! Sylvan Works! 10/30/2008

Sylvan improved our son's reading skills and gave him the self confidence he needed to feel like a winner again! He is now heading off to college and so far so good! Sylvan met with his teachers to make sure he was on track and they were always flexible with that crazy football schedule! They also offered assistance on the financial end to help it fit into our budget. I highly recommend to Sylvan and now that they are located next to Energym where my daughter takes gymnastics, it's even more convenient for my family! Jeanne T. more

Sylvan Scholarship 9/23/2008

My son went to Sylvan to learn how to study and get organized for school! They helped him get organized, learn how to turn in assigments on time and how to better prepare for his tests. This all resulted in better grades and a high school gpa of 3.8! He also received a $500 college scholarship from Sylvan. I happily recommend Sylvan to others! Carol Pros: Awesom staff! Sylvan System to get organized! Cons: NONE! more
