We recently purchased our Serta iComfort Adjustable bed from Sweet Dreams of Mooresville and have been sleeping soundly ever since! When we walking in to SD, we didn't have a clue about what type of mattress/bed that we wanted. We were immediately greeted when we walked in, and encouraged to try each bed to see what we liked best. The people at SD helped us in EVERY way possible to get the perfect mattress match for us! The delivery was so professional and quick, and in a matter of 10 minutes, they had our bed installed and ready to relax in. After years of tossing and turning, I am happy to say that I am sleeping sounly, and waking up in the morning in the SAME position that I fell asleep in! Thank you Sweet Dreams! You saved us from having to visit a Chiropractor! more

9 years ago I went into Sweet Dreams looking for a small part for a bed frame that no other mattress store was willing to help with. The people at Sweet Dreams bent over backwards to help me with it. Since that time, we have purchased 4 mattresses along with a futon and some bedroom furniture. Each time I am amazed at the quality of service that is provided. The salespeople are so friendly and helpful but not pushy at all and thanks to their advice I am sleeping without back pain for the first time in years. It is not often that you find a business that truly provides both the highest level of service along with the most competitive prices available but Sweet Dreams manages to accomplish this every time! more

Affordable High-Quality Furniture & Great Customer Service! 3/14/2012

I have furnished my entire home with furniture from Sweet Dreams Mattress!! I selected one of their Simmons mattresses and seriously look forward to going to bed every night now. The bed is SO unbelievably comfortable it?s literally like sleeping on a cloud. After this successful purchase I also bought a sleek bed frame, gorgeous sectional couch and a futon frame/mattress. Keeping with trend, the futon is hands down the most comfortable futon I?ve ever sat on and I am happy knowing our guests aren?t tossing and turning all night. I loved that Sweet Dreams had a HUGE range of futon choices that were both modern looking and comfortable. In addition to being happy with the furniture, Sweet Dreams wowed me with their customer service. In the store they were extremely helpful and wholly devoted to helping me find the best furniture for my needs. They never seemed like they didn?t have time for me (even if I had a million questions) and were very knowledgeable on all the products and their unique benefits. The delivery was also on time and their guys came and set up everything quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Sweet Dreams Mattress for any of your mattress or furniture needs! They served me with superb customer service, beautiful pieces for my home, AND countless nights of peaceful sleep. I couldn?t be a more pleased customer! more

Great shopping experience!! 10/15/2011

I tried out Sweet Dreams for the first time 3 years ago when I needed to get my toddler his first bed, mattress and big boy furniture. Sweet Dreams was a local store that I had wanted to try out and I am glad I did. They had a great product selection for children and their store was very kid-friendly so I could look around while my son could enjoy playing in the fun kid tents and beds. Needless to say when I needed to make the same purchases for my daughter this is the place I went to again. The owners of this store are so friendly and couldn't be more accommodating in both pricing and options. Delivery service was dependable. We will be shopping there again! more

Heads up consumers 10/9/2011

Several months ago I wrote a review that was skeptical about the patterns of reviews for this company and said I'd update my review if I purchased from them. Unlike other reviewers, I do not live close enough to visit the company's store in Mooresville so I was shopping online. After extensive comparison shopping online and locally, I purchased from Sweet Dreams. Their customer support is exceptional. I dealt with Andrew, and he went the extra mile to answer questions knowing full well I might buy elsewhere. Most helpful was his guidance through the quagmire of different model names used by various retailers to frustrate comparison shoppers. He had the rosetta stone on that one. I bought from Sweet Dreams for four reasons: * their customer service is excellent * they had the model I wanted * I came to trust them * they had the best price hands down Delivery was white glove and fast. And the bed is fabulous--just the combination of firmness and plushness we were looking for and Andrew had described. BTW, we bought the low-profile foundation since we have a high poster bed. This is highly recommended since the pre-2000 or so models of these beds were not designed for the deeper foundations and mattresses sold today. In short: cut to the chase and buy from these folks. You'll be happy you did, and you'll be supporting some very good people. more

Great Sleep 6/25/2007

Best prices on mattress around our area. My husband and I haven't had a new mattress in 20 years...WOW we sleep great now. The staff was very patient and helpful and we got delivery the next day. I will recommend to all me friends. We also ended up purchasing a futon for our guest room, it was inexpensive and stylish. Pros: Friendly, Fast Delivery & Knowledgable more

Great service and fair prices 6/18/2007

We have ordered bedroom furniture and mattresses a couple times. We have always had courteous service with delivery when promised. We found their prices to be fair and competitive. Delivered and installed on the same day. 6/18/2007

My wife and I went to Sweet Dreams on a Sunday. There were a few customers there and we had to wait our turn but the gentleman was very polite and took his time with everybody. We ended up liking a mattress they had in stock and the salesman offered to deliver it that day. I paid $30 for a Sunday deliver to Huntersville and enjoyed my mattress that night. He was alone in there so I had to help him once he got to my house, but he took the time to help us out and deliver a mattress. Awesome service!! Friendly and fast is the way to go. more
