Disrespectful 1/18/2011

Unfortunately, this credit union lacks respect, decency and help. The tellers are not professional nor respectful. They are consistently doing their own thing with no customer service skills. The manager is always locked away in her office offering no help and I have never seen a smile on her face. This is not a pleasant place to bank nor to even appear in. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. more

Superior Choice Predator Creditor 10/23/2009

Superior Choice Credit Union took almost two hundred dollars in fees from my family last week alone. I want to close my account so that they can't keep bouncing the same two checks through over and over anymore, but they say that will cost me another sixty dollars for stopping those two checks plus I have to pay in cash to bring the account up to a zero balance now in order to do any of this. So basically, I'm screwed either way. If I hadn't paid so much in fees, I would have had enough money to cover the checks! I do not recommend this Credit Union!! Cons: FEES, Fees, fees! more
