I was refered to this place by an acquaintance (obviously not a friend or else she would have told me to go somewhere else) about 6 months ago. I called Dr. Flucke/ Dr. Suchmans office and asked for a quote for 4 fillings. They asked for my insurance information and which teeth I was having issues with. I told them. They told me they would contact my insurance company to get an estimate on how much it was going to cost me. They returned my call within an hour and told me that my insurance covers 100% and all I would owe is my copay ($30). After spending over 5 hours in this dentist office, I was finally done. When I went to say goodbye to the receptionist, she told me that "Sorry, but its going to be an additional $150". I told her the situation and how I specifically had them call my insurance company and get an estimate. She said there is nothing they can do and it will be $150. I paid $50 of the $150 and was going to work out a ridiculous payment plan on principal of their incompetence. My balance was then $100. I paid $25 a month later bringing me down to $75. They then sent me to a collection agency the month after stating I owe $100. AND AFTER ALL OF THIS---One of my fillings has since fallen out and I am going to have to go back to a different (a professional) dentist to have it replaced. SO LETS RECAP---They lied, didn't take resposibility for their mistake, tried to scam me out of an additional $25 when sending me to collections, AND didn't do their job correctly.
WOW WHAT A GREAT DENTIST. I WOUDLN'T RECOMMENT DR. FLUCKE and/or DR. SUCHMAN TO MY WORST ENEMY.
