I went there becauseI bleached my hair because I wanted to get a light brown. My hair came out orange so I went to Jeanine to get the orange out. She told me she can fix it but she was not going to be able to get a light brown maybe a medium brown and I said ok. I really wanted to get the red and the orange out of my hair. When she finished she told me it came out more lighter that she thought and with the washes I was going to get a really nice light brown, which was going to be a perfect base for highlights. In less than two weeks my hair was orange and very uneven again. I went back to her and she denied everything she said. She said that she told me to come back for highlights. But she told me that I was going to have a good base for highlights. HOW IS ORANGE A GOOD BASE?? Then she says she will have to dye my whole hair again brown to do the highlights. The first time she only told me about the highlights. She never said that she will have to dye my hair again brown. If she had to dye my hair again brown after just a week (she told me to come back next week for highlights) of coloring my hair is because she did a horrible job.I just wanted to get rid of my orange hair. I ended up paying 165 dollars for nothing. I mean my hair was back to orange in just two weeks (I could have bought a lot of formula and diaper for my baby with 165 dollars ) She was dishonest and misleading. She did not want to fix it when I came back to her, she wanted more money to fix it. She did not even try to find a solution so I could be happy. I think she was more concerned about me coming back for highlights (you know, more money) All I can say is that I am going to write this story in every website that I can give reviews about her and this place because people need to know about these things.
