Cheap but be careful when you move out 10/12/2009

When i moved out, i was charged $160 of which $75 for a top cabinet, sink, mirror cleaning and $85 for not doing a PROFESSIONAL CARPET STEAM CLEANING which means you must hire a professional carpet steam cleaner to clean your carpet if you don't want to be charged that $85. Pros: cheap ($550/2 bedroom June 2009) Cons: not very safe, hidden fee more

If you want to live in a place where it rains throwup and trash, and have beer bottles throwen at you, then this is the place for you!! The rent is cheep, but for $50 more you can have so much more in a better naborhood. I give it a -10. Pros: Theres is always partys going on hear. Cons: Junk cars that dont run taking up the parking lot!!! more
