I would not recommend Stone HIll Apartments to anyone! They have the worst management I have ever experienced. They don't cut the grass on a regular basis, when they do, its way too long and then they leave clumps of grass everywhere. The swimming pools are disgusting. One is supposed to get cleaned on a daily basis, not even enough maintenance with the amount of use it gets. The second one doesn't look like its been clean since last summer, it's disgusting. Heaven forbid you get a water bill on time. Nope, they don't send them to you when they're supposed to and then when they do it's ""late"" and they try to nail you with a late fee. If you choose to live here, I wouldn't recommend you have a pet. It's $700, $200 of it is non-refundable the other $500 you're SUPPOSED to get back if your animal hasn't done any damages but they attempt to screw you on that and use lame excuses to do anything to take your money. They have very poor management and very unprofessional people working in their office. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It's not worth the hassle and what you're paying for isn't worth it either.
Pros: Close to Fort Hood
Cons: Management is beyond horrible. Way too much money. Pet deposit is ridiculous. Not enough parking. Doesn't have a nice appearance.
