I trust Steve's auto to take care of my car! They always provide great service with fair prices! I would also like to thank Dudley for his professional service!

Worst

My truck was having issues. I spent over $1300 to get it fixed, some of which was unnecessary repairs. They would not give any type of refund on the the $1200 unnecessary "fix"....

Got a quote prior to bringing my car in and they stuck to it. No surprise charges. Great customer service. Only second time and they already know my name. Love these guys. more

They don't treat me like a human being 3/28/2014

A lot of mechanics think because I'm a woman in my twenties that I don't know anything about cars so they can charge me whatever for whatever. Steves NEVER does this to me. They a kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, honest. Thanks guys! more

Went in to get new set of tires. They had them in stock (wonderful). The work was completed in less time than expected. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. No high pressure techniques. Will definitely go back for service! more

Consistently good service 3/13/2014

Dropped off my minivan for an oil change and new wiper blades. As always, quick efficient service and a pick up from my work to get my van. Couldn't ask for anything more! more

I would not take my vehicle to any other place for services... It is difficult to find a auto service provider that you can trust will do a job well, in reasonable time and for a fair price... Ladies, you know of what I speak... Try them, for I think you will like them! more

This was my first time at the East Memphis location -- no complaints (except it's a little tricky finding the entrance)! When I called because of a busted tire, they didn't have the exact tire I needed but were able to get it from a nearby warehouse by the time I showed up on my spare an hour later. Figured I'd have to leave the car overnight since it was nearly 5:00 but they hooked me up. In and out in 30 minutes! Efficient and friendly, Steve's is all about Takin' Care of Business. Brought in my mom's car. They diagnosed the problem within minutes that she needed a new battery. They were able to replace it in a very short time. Relaxed in the waiting room with hot coffee and HD TV. Great service all the time. more
